TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT
(We don't make the rules, we simply follow them)
CLASS ATTENDANCE RULES
• Punctuality: Tardy entries are strictly prohibited. Please log in 15 minutes early to ensure your connection is stable. Contact us if you don't receive the link an hour before class.
• Full Attention Required: No distractions - no working, driving, sitting in cars, shopping, TV, or substance use. You cannot drink alcoholic beverages, vape, or use tobacco products during class.
• Camera/Mic: You must always keep ON. This will allow you to participate in class.
• Software: You are responsible for downloading and testing ZOOM on your device prior to the start of class.
• No Recording: Recording any portion of the session is strictly prohibited per DDS regulations.
• Backgrounds: You must ensure their backgrounds are appropriate. No depictions of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, partially dressed individuals, or items deemed offensive are allowed.
• Final Exam: You must pass the final exam with a minimum grade of 70%.
Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from class, forfeiture of fees, and the need to repay and restart the class.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Standard Reschedule: You are allowed one (1) complimentary reschedule within 2-weeks of your missed class. If you miss a second scheduled class, the full fee must be repaid to start over. No exceptions are permitted.
• Administrative Paperwork Fee: Class fees are for a specific date and time. If a rescheduling request is made after student paperwork has been processed, a $25 non-refundable administrative fee will be required to reschedule the new date.
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
• School Cancellations: If we cancel a scheduled class, you are entitled to a refund of the class fee or a free seat in a future session of your choice.
• Student No-Shows: Class fees are for a specific date and time. If you fail to appear for your scheduled class without prior notice, no refunds will be issued, and your class fee will be forfeited.
• In-Progress Classes: Once a class has commenced, it is considered "in-service." No refunds will be granted once you have started the instruction.
• Dismissal for Cause: We maintain a professional learning environment. If an instructor dismisses you for violating class rules (e.g., being on your phone, sleeping, or being disruptive), you will NOT receive a refund. To complete the course, you must pay a $50 Re-enrollment Fee and retake the class from the beginning.
DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK POLICY
• Administrative Fee: By registering, you agree to these terms. Any chargeback or dispute filed against a valid charge will incur a $50 Administrative Dispute Fee added to your record.
• Fraud Notice: Filing a false chargeback is a serious matter. False chargebacks can incur significant fees, civil lawsuits and potential criminal charges. Additionally, we will file a police report to document the fraudulent acquisition of a State-issued certificate of completion through the intentional misuse of the chargeback process for personal gain.
• VOIDED CERTIFICATES: A VOIDED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION CAN NOT BE REINSTATED-
