Driving Lessons for Teens and Adults

We offer driving lessons every day starting at 7:00AM.  We also offer night driving lessons until 10:00PM. You may schedule your 1st lesson within days after your registration is complete.  In some instances, we may be able to book your lesson within 1-3 days. Weekend lessons are also available; however, the weekend lessons are normally booked 1-2 weeks ahead.  The sooner you register, the sooner you start driving. 

No Learner's Permit Required! Students enrolled with TrafficMD are allowed to take lessons even without a permit - thanks to special state authorization. However, it is recommended that you obtain a learner's permit to gain more driving knowledge before taking the driving lessons.

Our driving lessons are 2 hours long.  However, we can schedule a 3 hour or longer lesson, if requested. However, we can schedule a 3 hour or longer lesson, if requested. 

Lessons are 2 hours each. Unfortunately, lessons cannot be less than 2 hours.

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off for our driving lessons. Our instructors will pick you up from your designated location and drop you off at the end of the lesson.

Our driving school uses late model, well-maintained Corollas that are equipped with dual brakes with accelerator and instructor mirrors for your safety.  This allows BOTH you and the instructor to have full control of the vehicle at all times.

The average new driver with little/no experience will need 10 to 20 hours of professional training. Each driving lesson is minimum 2 hours.

The minimum age requirement to enroll for driving lessons with TrafficMD is 15 years old.

We offer a Road Test Package that is perfect for new drivers that are ready to get licensed. This package gives you up to 90-minutes of practice, use of the car for testing with pick-up & drop-off included. The cost is $285. Call 770-333-0953 to schedule your road test. We service all of Metro Atlanta and surrounding cities. Including Midtown/Atlanta, Alpharetta, Buckhead, Brookhaven, College Park, Chamblee, Decatur, Doraville, Dunwoody, East Cobb, East Point, Forest Park, Johns Creek, Marietta, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Roswell, Vinings and other nearby cities.... 

At the moment, we only offer lessons in automatic transmission cars. 

In order to obtain a driver's license, you must be at least 16 years old and pass a written test, a vision test, and a driving test. 1000's of students have achieved their drivers license with the assistance of TrafficMD.  

Yes, all our instructors are required to be certified by GA Department of Driver Services (DDS).  In addition, instructors have passed a background check and drug screening.

We teach you from the basics to advance driving skills; this includes how to properly park, parallel parking, back up in a straight light, left/right turns at intersections, changing lanes, proper use of mirrors, traffic merging and highway driving techniques.
