Steps to Completion
Step 1: The NEEDS Assessment
- You must first take an Assessment, which is 143 questions about an individual’s alcohol and drug use and its impact on driving. It can be done online (link provided after payment). The Assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and the cost is $100.00
Step 2: The 20-hour DUI Course
- Online (zoom) or In-Person: our 20-hour course is DDS certified (#DU20065) and fully accepted by all courts, probation and most out-of-state DMVs, guaranteeing its legitimacy and acceptance. Course offered in both English or Spanish (clases en Español)
Step 3: Certificate of Completion
- We issue an official DDS Certificate of Completion at the end of the course. There is no reference made between "online" or "in-person" on the certificate. Identical certificate.
